Do you have a gift wrapping option?

All our products are packed in our signature packaging which can easily be used for gifts. You may contact us if you’d like us to include a note in your order for a loved one.

What are the sizes of the hijabs?

Please refer to our hijab size guide to understand hijab sizes.

How do I wash/care for my Pins and Pearls abayas/hijabs?

We recommend that all items bought from Pins and Pearls are ironed on low-medium. Dark colours are to be washed separately. Do not dry in direct sunlight. Gentle wash only.

What size should I order?

Our products are available in different sizes and lengths. To measure the most suitable length, we advise measuring from your shoulder to hem/where you would like the dress to fall.

We recommend measuring your bust/waist/hips in inches and then comparing these measurements against our size chart to find out which size would be the most suitable for you. Please note, the measurements on our size chart are garment measurements and not body measurements.

My product is faulty.

Please contact us as soon as possible and we will investigate. Please provide your order number, product name and description of the fault.

How long do you take to complete orders?

In stock items are available for immediate delivery and take anywhere between 3-5 working days. Customised orders take 15-20 working days.

Do you have a shop I can visit?

.No, we don’t have a store, we only retail online for now. However we are sometimes at exhibitions and events throughout the year so keep in touch and stay updated by following us on our Facebook and Instagram.

Can you tell me when a product is restocked?

We are unable to contact customers with notifications of product stock updates. The best way to keep up to date on our products is to sign up to receive email newsletters or follow us on social media (Facebook & Instagram)

When do you release new products?

We frequently release new products into our range online, the best way to keep up to date on our products is to sign up to receive email newsletters or follow us on social media.

Do you allow custom orders?

Yes we do. Please get in touch with one of our representatives on our social media pages (Facebook and Instagram) or WhatsApp or email us.

I have seen a picture on your social media but I cannot find the product on the website?

All our products advertised on social media will be displayed and available for sale on our website should they be in stock. If you cannot find an item on the website it is likely that it has now sold out.

What are your shipping charges?

Rs. 250 per kg.
International orders are estimated after the order is placed and communicated to the customer via email. DHL charges are subject to dollar rates and their policy.

Do I need to pay customs and import charges?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel arrives in the destination country. Any charged on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the goods. Pins and Pearls has no control over these charges and we are unable to indicate what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
We suggest contacting your local customs office who can assist by giving you and indication of current charges before you complete your order, so that you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting once your parcel is delivered.
